RBDB Grants

RBDB is a State funded program that improves access to library and information resources for library users through the regional development and coordination of automated library services.

CLRC uses a portion of its RBDB funds for small grants to member libraries in three areas: Digitization, Metadata, and Retrospective Conversion.

Professional Development Awards

CLRC offers awards to members for continuing education and professional development opportunities. For use by library staff to attend workshops, conferences, and more, these awards are issued on a quarterly basis.

CLRC Library Awards

Each year we open up the CLRC Library Awards in two broad categories — Library of the Year and Library Staff All-Star — to our member institutions and staff in Herkimer, Oneida, Onondaga and Madison County. Within those categories, one institution each from the following groups is eligible to win: Academic, Public, School, and Special (including archives and museums), for a total of eight possible award winners.
